Processing Time
Most LUMEXA lamps are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

Shipping
Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom Orders
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
